Returns & Exchanges

At Miansai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original packaging, including all pouches and boxes, and attach the pre-paid label to the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
